Business Opportunities with OPM
 
The Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) manages all procurement activities on behalf of the District of Columbia and its respective agencies. Please visit the OCP website for a list of these opportunities.
 
The District will issue solicitations for space when searching for leased space, acquisitions, or dispositions.  Current solicitations include:
 
Deadline Open Solicitations
12/15/08 Solicitation for 4,500 to 5,000 Rentable Square Feet (RSF)
12/08/08 Solicitation for 5,000 to 7,500 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of contiguous, caged (or “strong room”) space plus 200-400 RSF of office hotelling space
12/07/08  Solicitation for Residential Housing (DHS)
11/21/08 Solicitation for 15,000 to 20,000 Rentable Square Feet (RSF)
 
Requests for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) and Requests for Offers (RFO) are issued when District property is available for lease or sale.
